The matter is taken up for hearing by way of a praecipe filed by the appellants for seeking urgent relief.
The appellants did not comply with the directions of this Tribunal to make the pre-deposit resulting in the appeal being dismissed for non-compliance with the order of pre-deposit on time. The appellant approached the Hon’ble Supreme Court and vide order dated 29.07.2022, time was granted time to deposit the amount and it has been complied with. Hence, the Miscellaneous Application is allowed and the appeal is restored to file. The respondent is at liberty to file a reply.
