The appellants are in appeals impugning the order of dismissal of the interim reliefs sought by them in the Securitisation Application (S.A.) No. 313/2022 vide order dated 23.11.2022 by the Debt Recovery Tribunal-I, Ahmedabad (D.R.T.).
There is a 24 day delay in filing this appeal and the I.A. 557/2024 is filed for condonation of the delay. The respondent has vehemently opposed this application for condonation of the delay. The reason for the delay has been explained.
After hearing both sides, I find that there is no reason to decline to grant a prayer for condoning the delay. Hence, the application is allowed and a delay of 24 days of filing this appeal stands condoned.
The appeal shall be taken on file if there are no other defects to be cured.
List the matter before the Registrar on 31.12.2024.
