THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Heard the Learned Counsel for the parties and perused the record.
This is an application for a direction to the Learned DRT for expeditious disposal of S.A. 105 of 2023, pending before DRT, Cuttack. Copies of order sheets are placed on record today which shows that the Learned DRT is hearing the matter. It is a part heard matter wherein on 6.6.2024 even Bank was not present in Court. Further when it is a part heard matter, it is expected, it should be disposed of expeditiously by the Learned DRT as per his own roster.
Accordingly, the Misc. Appeal stands disposed of.
Copy of the order be supplied to Appellant and the Respondents and a copy be also forwarded to the concerned DRT.
File be consigned to Record room.
