Learned counsel for the respondent-Borrower submits that the present appeal has been filed against the interim order, in which the Tribunal below has passed the final order, therefore, the present appeal has become infructuous.
The aforesaid contention has not been refuted by the learned counsel for the appellant.
In view of the above, the present appeal is dismissed as having become infructuous.
