The matter is taken up for hearing by way of a praecipe filed by the appellant for seeking urgent relief.
The appellant State Bank of India is in appeal impugning the order dated 26.03.2024 of the Debts Recovery Tribunal-II, Ahmedabad (D.R.T.) in Securitisation Application (S.A.) No. 635/2022. There is a delay of 10 days in filing this appeal. The reasons for the delay have been explained. The Ld. Counsel who proposes to appear for the respondent opposes the application. On going through the application for condonation of delay, I find that the reasons for the delay are acceptable and hence, the delay of 10 days in filing the appeal is condoned. The appeal shall be taken on file if there are no other defects to be cured.
