By order dated 23.09.2024, the appellant was directed to deposit ₹1.15 crores as a pre-deposit for entertaining the appeal. The appellant had paid only ₹5 lakhs on the date of the order and sought time for the balance amount and this Tribunal permitted him to deposit the balance amount in two equal instalments of ₹55 lakhs each and the first instalment is due and payable on 07.10.2024.
