This Misc. Appeal has been pending since 2022 and the Securitisation Application (S.A.) No. 260 of 2022 has also been pending consideration of the Debts Recovery Tribunal-II, Mumbai (D.R.T.)for the last more than two years. I am told that the S.A. is ripe for being heard and disposed of. It and therefore, in the interests of justice to dispose of the appeal without entering into merits, and leave it to the decision of the DRT.
