I.A. No. 555/2023 which is an application for condonation of delay of 55 days in filing this appeal. The appeal challenged the order dated 07.10.2022 in Miscellaneous Application No. 70/2022 (M.A.) on the files of the Debt Recovery Tribunal-Aurangabad (D.R.T.).
The reason for the delay has been explained and there is no objection is forthcoming. Hence, the application is allowed and the delay of 55 days in filing this appeal stands condoned.
The appeal shall be taken on file if there are no other defects to be cured.
