The Ld. Counsel appearing for the appellants have filed this application for withdrawal for the appeal given the settlement that has been arrived between the parties.

Certain amounts have been paid directly to the respondent bank and it is agreed that the amount sum of ₹1.25 crore which is lying in deposit before this Tribunal together with the accrued interest be released to the respondent bank and paid by way of RTGS into their account, the details of which has been specified.

Notice has been served on the respondent. No objection is forthcoming and hence, the application is allowed. The amount lying in the deposit together with accrued interest shall be released as stated above.

The appeal is disposed of as withdrawn.
