The order of this Tribunal granting an extension of time to the 3rd Respondent to pay ₹ 1 Crore within 10 days has not been complied with. The further amount of ₹ 2 Crore is to be paid within three weeks from the date of the order.
The 3rd Respondent has filed another application for extension and the Counsel on instruction submits that the entire amount of ₹ 3 Crore would be paid.
The 3rd Respondent is at liberty to pay the amount within four weeks i.e. on or before 13.05.2024.
The reply to the appeal shall be filed and the appeal shall be heard on its merits on the next date of hearing. Post on 14.05.2024 for compliance.
