The matter is taken up for hearing by way of a praecipe filed by Appellants for seeking urgent relief.
The Ld. Counsel appearing for the Appellants have filed a pursis seeking to withdraw the appeal with the direction to the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Pune (D.R.T) to dispose of the S.A. at Diary No. 457/2024.
The Misc. Appeal is therefore, disposed of with a direction to the D.R.T. to expedite the hearing of S.A. at Diary No. 457/2024 on the files of the D.R.T., Pune shall be disposed of as expeditiously as possible at any rate within 6 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Any connected S.As pending before the D.R.T. shall also be disposed of.
