Vinod Khandelwal Vs. Pramod Khandelwal
Shri Swayambhoo Chandranshul. Ld. Counsel for the appellant is present. Defects have been reconciled. With regard to pre-deposit and court fee deficiency, Ld. Counsel submitted a written argument stating that there is no “debt due” in this matter and a certificate in this regard has been issued by DRT, Lucknow (in T.A. 821/2002). In view of this court fee deposited is sufficient.
The present appeal has been filed under section 18 of the SARFAESI Act against the order dated 25.02.2022 passed by DRT, Lucknow in S.A. No. 442/2010. Urgency Application, Delay Condonation Application and Waiver Application have also been filed along with the Appeal.
List this case before Hon’ble Chairperson on 18.04.2023 for admission.
