The office report dated 28.11.2023 shows that inspite of two opportunities being granted to the appellant to take steps for service of notice upon the respondents, no steps have been taken by the appellant. Accordingly, it appears that the appellant does not want to press any relief against the other respondents no. 2 to 7.

Today, none is present on behalf of the appellant.

Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank states that the copy of appeal has not been served upon him, therefore, the reply could not be filed.

Learned counsel for the appellant is directed to serve a copy of appeal upon the counsel for the respondent-bank within 48 hours. The respondent-Bank may file reply within three weeks after serving copy of the same upon the counsel for the appellant, who may file rejoinder within a week thereafter.

List this case on 05.03.2024 for hearing.
