THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :

I.A. No. 344 of 2018 has been filed by the appellant u/s 5 of the Limitation praying for condonation of delay of 21 days in filing the appeal. In paragraph 2 of the I.A. appellant stated that after obtaining certified copy they went to file writ petition before the Hon’ble High Court when on advise learned senior counsel that writ is not maintainable the instant appeal has been filed and by the way 20 days have elapsed.
