I.A. 86 of 2020 has been filed by the Respondents for a direction for depositing the remaining amount as pre deposit by the Appellant.

Learned Counsel for the Appellant has placed reliance upon a judgment of the Hon’ble Telangana High Court passed in W.P. 368 of 2023 dated 19^th January, 2023 wherein it was expected to decide the Appeal and also to dispose of I.A. 479 of 2022.
