Ld. Counsel Mr. Binay Upadhyay is present on behalf of Applicants. He submits affidavit of service for newspaper publication upon respondent Nos. 3, 4& 5 and also annexed copies for proof of hand service upon respondent No. 1 and postal service upon respondent No.2 in respect of service for amended copy of memorandum of appeal.
Hence, service upon all the respondents is deemed to be completed.
In compliance of Office Order No.23 of 2022 dated 14-06-2022 of Hon’ble Chairperson, Ld. Counsel for applicant carried out necessary amendment in respect of change of bank name.
Vide order dated 22/04/2022 of Hon’ble Chairperson, the appeal Dy.No. 155 of 2019 was dismissed.
The matter may be placed before Hon’ble Chairperson on 10/01/2023 for admission.
