Regarding defect no. 2 i.e. deficiency of court fee, learned counsel for the appellant deposits a demand draft no. 000308 dated 23.02.2023 for Rs. 49,800/-. Copy of appeal has also been served upon the caveator. Other defects also reconciled.
The present appeal has been filed under section 18 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 against the final order dated 02.01.2023 passed by the DRT, Lucknow in S.A. no. 240/2020.
