Today Ld. Counsel has filed a Waiver Application along with an order dated 25.03.2019 passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in SLP(C) no. 6235/2019. He has submitted that pursuant to order of Hon’ble Supreme Court, no predeposit is required in the Appeals against an order passed in I.As. He has further submitted that he will argue the same before the Hon’ble Court.
The instant Appeal has been filed under section 18 of the SARFAESI Act against interim order dated 16.12.2022 passed by DRT, Allahabad in S.A. No. 668/2019. A Waiver Application being I.A. No. 141/2023 has been filed.
