M/s Uninor Infrabuild Pvt Ltd Vs Union Bank of India
The Hon’ble Court vide order dated 10.01.2023, directed the Appellant to deposit 25% of amount due prior to the next date fixed i.e. 16.02.2023, failing which, the Appeal shall stand dismissed as not maintainable for want of mandatory predeposit without further reference to the Hon’ble Court. As per the office report dated 15.02.2023, no amount has been deposited by the Appellant till date, as stipulated by the Hon’ble Court.
In view of non compliance of deposit of 25% of the amount due in terms of order dated 10.01.2023 passed by the Hon’ble Court, the Appeal stands dismissed.
