The office report dated 12.12.2023 shows that no reply has been filed by the respondent to the delay condonation application inspite of last opportunity being granted by this court vide order dated 10.07.2023.
The delay is of 25 days in filing the present appeal. As the ground, which has been taken in the application for condonation of delay, has not been rebutted by the respondents, therefore, the application is allowed and the delay occurred in filing the present appeal is hereby condoned.
