Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the respondent nos. 2 to 6 are absconding or in jail pursuant to the FIR lodged against them, therefore, the notices could not be served and he prays that a week’s time may be given for effecting service upon the respondents nos. 2 to 6 by paper publication.
Let the appellant take steps within a week for service of notice upon the respondent nos. 2 to 6 through publication in the newspaper having wide circulation in the area. Affidavit of service along with proof of publication be filed by the next date.
