On last hearing, i.e., on 3.8.2023, appellant in person sought time to verify whether vakalath is revoked or not.
Today, Advocate Ms. T. Sugirtha representing appellant submitted that Ld. Counsel Ms. M.K. Kanimozhi for appellant is unwell and sought two weeks time on that ground.
Considering the said request, posted to 31.8.2023, making it clear that if appellant fails to proceed on that day, application shall stand dismissed.
