The office report dated 19.04.2023 shows that the notice sent to the respondent no. 1 has returned back with endorsement “left” and notice sent to the respondent no. 2 has returned back with endorsement “no such firm exists at the given address”. Therefore, the appellant is directed to take fresh steps within 10 days for service of notice upon the respondent no. 1 & 2 through publication in the newspaper having wide circulation in the area. Affidavit of service along with proof of publication be filed by the next date.
Learned counsel for the respondent no. 3 submits that she has not been served with the copy of the review application. Let the returned copy of the same be given to the counsel for the respondent no. 3, who may file reply by the next date fixed.
