The Hon’ble Court vide order 21.03.2023, directed the Appellant to deposit 25% of the amount within one month from passing of the order dated 21.03.2023, failing which, the Appeal shall stand dismissed as not maintainable for want of mandatory pre- deposit without further reference to Hon’ble Court.
As per office report dated 20.4.2023, no amount has been deposited by the Appellant till date, as stipulated by the Hon’ble Court.
In view of non compliance of the above order dated 21.03.2023, passed by the Hon’ble Court, the Appeal stand dismissed.
