THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Heard learned counsel for the parties. Pre-deposit of Rs.15.00 lakh was made by the appellant in compliance of the order dated 14.01.2020. As per Registry report pre-deposit amount was deposited with the Indian Bank in the form of fixed deposit. Appeal No. 38 of 2020 was allowed on 18.04.2023. Accordingly, the amount of pre-deposit made by the appellant be refunded to the appellant in accordance with rule. Accordingly, M.A. Dy. No. 461 of 2023 is disposed of. No order as to costs.
File be consigned to record room.
Copy of the order be supplied to the appellant and the respondents and a copy be also forwarded to the concerned DRT.
