THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that the Appellant is poor fellow a carpenter by profession who could not arrange amount for pre deposit although he has partly complied the order by depositing Rs. 5 lacs. He prays for three week’s time to comply the order.
Let the compliance of the order dated 09.09.2022 be made by 3rd August, 2023, failing which Appeal shall be dismissed.
List on 4th August, 2023 for further orders.
