THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL
Learned Counsel for the Respondent submits that she has no instructions from the Respondent Bank to appear in this matter.
Respondents were served and then they engaged the Counsel. As per Ld. Counsel’s statement, she has no instructions. In such circumstances it shows the negligence and callous attitude of the officer from the Respondent Union Bank of India. Before proceeding further, it would be appropriate that a letter be sent to the General Manager of the Union Bank of India Vijayawada, communicating the whole conduct of the Bank officers with a direction to put an appearance of the competent officer in the Court on the date fixed.
