THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Learned Counsel for the Appellants submits that after passing of the order dated 2nd March, 2023 a proposal of OTS is submitted on 21st April, 2023 wherein it is stated that Appellants are agreeable to pay the OTS for Rs.2.10 crore. In furtherance they have deposited a sum of Rs.40.00 lac on 26th April, 2023.
Learned Counsel for the Respondent submits that the proposal is submitted which is under consideration.
In such circumstances, list the matter on 5th June, 2023 for further orders.
