THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused records.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that appellant could not comply the order dated 03.08.2023. It is further submitted that WP(C) No. 26936 was filed by the appellant before the Hon’ble High Court of Orissa at Cuttack which was decided on 08.11.2023 and was dismissed. Now, learned counsel for the appellant prays that appellant may be permitted to deposit an amount of Rs.10.00 lakh as order by this Appellate Tribunal on 03.08.2023.
