Shri V.K. Shukla, Ld. Counsel for the appellant is present. Defects have been reconciled. Delay Condonation Application being I.A. No. 234/2023 has been filed. With regards to predeposit, learned counsel stated that he has filed Waiver Application mentioning that more than 25% of the dues have already been deposited by the applicant through auction of mortgaged property and other deposition from time to time.
The present Appeal has been filed by Bank under section 18 of the SARFAESI Act against final order dated 20.05.2022 passed by DRT, Jabalpur in S.A. No. 85/2021. Waiver Application being I.A. No. 307/2022 have also been filed.
