With regard to defect No. 2, Ld. Counsel states that he will not press the said documents, which are illegible. Defects reconciled.
The present Appeal has been filed by Bank under section 20 of the RDB Act against final order dated 09.11.2022 passed by DRT, Dehradun in O.A. No. 121/2021. Delay Condoantion Application being I.A. No. 100 /2023 have also been filed.
