Received an application under Section 18 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 presented by Ld. Advocate Mr. Subhankar Chakraborty.
Scrutiny of the application reveals the followings:
The application has been filed on behalf of Shreyoshi Dutta against the order dated 20/12/2022 passed in I.A. No. 1574 of 2022 in S.A. No. 84 of 2021 in DRT- Siliguri. Application fees of Rs.205/- vide T.R. No.116590 dt. 19.01.2023 has been paid along with the application. Application is signed by Mrs.Krishna Pramanik alias Krishna Jereesh Pramanik being the mother and natural guardian on behalf of her minor daughter Shreyoshi Dutta, Appellant herein above. It is mentioned in para 3 of impugned order dated 20/12/2022 that in the instant case after the death of the applicant Joy Dutta, his minor daughter Shreyoshi Dutta has been substituted through her natural guardian/mother.
