Learned counsel for the applicant/respondent has drawn attention of this Tribunal to the order passed by the Hon’ble High Court dated 09.10.2023, whereby the Hon’ble High Court on the petition filed by the Bank has directed that the matter be decided within the time as stipulated in the said order.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he has not been served with the copy of recall application. Learned counsel for the applicant/respondent submits that he shall serve the same upon the counsel for the appellant during course of the day, who may file reply by the next date fixed.
In view of the above, list this case on 23.11.2023. Till then the interim order, if any, shall remain operative.
