Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the copy of recall application has been served upon him on 22.11.2023, but the copy of objection has not yet been served by the counsel for the respondent.

Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank submits that the copy of recall application as well as objection has duly been served through e-mail. However, he undertakes to serve the copy of objection upon the counsel for the appellant during course of the day, who may file reply to the recall application by the next date.

List this case on 04.12.2023 for reply. Till then the interim order, if any, shall remain operative. It is made clear that on the next date, the matter will be heard.
