Heard the learned counsel for the appellant on the Appeal-inChamber.
For the reason stated in the appeal-in-chamber, the order dated 19.08.2019 passed by the Registrar of this Appellate Tribunal declining to register the appeal is set aside. Consequently, the Appeal-in-Chamber is allowed and the main appeal is restored to its original number subject to removal of defects. The matter is directed to be listed before the Registrar on 02.03.2023 for removal of defects as pointed out by the registry. If the appellant does not appear and remove the defects, the Appeal-in-Chamber shall be considered to have been dismissed. If the defects are removed by the appellant, the matter be placed before this Tribunal for admission.
