Shri Alok Rai, Learned Counsel for the appellant is present on behalf of the appellant.
It is submitted by the Learned Counsel for the appellant that a short time may be granted for removal of defects.
It is pertinent to mention here that Hon’ble Court vide order dated 16.02.2023 has allowed the Appeal in Chamber and directed the appellant to remove the defects of the Appeal before the Learned Registrar on 02.03.2023. It was further directed that if the appellant does not appear and remove the defects of the Appeal in Chamber shall be considered to have been dismissed.
Let the case be placed on 01.06.2023.
