Present: Shri K. K. Tiwari, counsel for the appellant,
Learned counsel for the appellant contends that the appellant is a tenant and the Tehsil Authority in connivance with the Bank authorities are trying to take forceful possession of flat in question. Learned counsel further submits that he had tried to serve the notice personally upon the Bank, but the Law Officer of the Bank has refused to receive the same.
Let the learned counsel for the appellant serve the copy of appeal upon the respondent-bank personally and if the same is not accepted, the matter be taken up within a week. Learned counsel for the appellant will inform the authority of the Bank that in case they do not accept the notice, the matter will proceed.
