This matter is coming up today for compliance of pre deposit of Rs.1,77,73,499/as per order of this Tribunal dated 3.10.2023 passed in IA 334/2023 (Waiver).
Advocate for petitioners/appellants represented that money could not be mobilized and for that reason a separate petition is filed seeking extension of time.
Though it is requested for grant of ten weeks’ time, advocate for petitioners/appellants represented that at least three weeks further time may be granted. Request of advocate for petitioners/appellants for grant of three weeks time is considered and granted.
In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, three weeks time is granted, i.e., till 8.11.2023 to pay the amount.
