Shri S.K. Pandey, Ld. Counsel for the appellant is present and submitted dates and events in support of the Appeal and also removed other minor defects.
Regarding defects of non filing of certified copy of impugned order, Ld. Counsel has submitted that certified copy of the impugned order is not required as he has filed the downloaded copy of the same and for non filing of affidavit in support of the Stay Application, he further submits that the interim relief has also been sought in the appeal which is supported by the affidavit, hence, affidavit on Stay Application is not required.
On the above defects, he submitted that he will argue these points before Hon’ble Court.
In view of the submissions made by the Ld. Counsel regarding non removal of above defects and praying for placing the case before the Hon’ble Court for arguing on these points (defects), let the case be placed before the Hon’ble Court on 18.05.2023.
