Heard Learned counsel for the appellant. During the course of the argument, it transpires that there is a possibility of settlement between the parties. Learned counsel for respondents submits that appellant approached for settlement several times, but no compromise could be arrived at. However, learned counsel submits that respondents are prepared to settle the matter.
