Learned counsel for the appellant submits that status quo order may be passed in this case. Having considered the submissions made by the parties it is ordered that status quo with regard to secured asset shall be maintained till the next date of order. It is made clear that if any adjournment is sought on any ground whatsoever it may be this status quo order shall automatically stand vacated, no formal order for vacation shall be required.
