Shri Maneesh Mehrotra, Advocate submits that he has been instructed on behalf of the respondent-Bank to appear in this matter in place of the earlier counsel Shri Vikram Bhalla.
Learned counsel for the respondent-Auction Purchaser submits that although he has deposited entire auction amount, but he has not been given the possession of the property in question till date.
