THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
It is submitted that matter has been settled between the parties through OTS wherein Rs.06.00 lakh has to be paid by 31st March, 2023 and rest Rs.07.00 lakh in the month of April, 2023. It is submitted by the appellant that out of the OTS amount Rs.06.00 lakh has already been paid.
