THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL
On 11th April, 2023 the matter was adjourned for today on the request of Learned Counsel for the Appellant. It was specifically directed that no further adjournment shall be granted on any ground whatsoever it may be. Today again request is made for adjournment on the ground that the Learned Counsel has to appear before the DRT in some matter. Request is opposed by the Learned Counsel for the Respondent. It appears that the Appellants are not interested to pursue the appeal. They are only interested to linger on the hearing although the ground for adjournment is not sufficient.
