THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Today a calculation sheet is submitted by the Learned Counsel for the Respondent. Learned Counsel submits that in this calculation sheet an amount of Rupees seven crore sixty one lakh deposited by the Appellant was adjusted. But this calculation sheet does not show that such an amount was deducted. It appeared that the concerned Authorised Officer is taking the matter very lightly. Let the Authorised Officer of the Bank should file his personal affidavit on the next date of hearing along with a complete calculation sheet as on date.
