COMMON ORDER
These appeals are coming up today for reporting compliance of statutory deposit.
As per common conditional order dated 14.11.2023 passed in IA 357/2023 (Waiver) & IA 360/2023 (Waiver) in AIR (SA) 1013/2023 & AIR (SA) 1027/2023 respectively, appellant shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,40,13,265/on or before 28.11.2023 and failure to deposit the same would result in dismissal of above appeals.
Today, Ld. Counsel for appellant submitted that appellant could not comply with the conditional order dated 14.11.2023.
Considering the same, Appeals AIR (SA) 1013/2023 and AIR (SA) 1027/2023 are rejected, by giving effect to common conditional order dated 14.11.2023 for non compliance of statutory deposit.
