The matter is taken up for hearing by way of a praecipe filed by the Appellant for seeking urgent relief.
The Appellant was directed to deposit a sum of ₹ 1,30,00,000/- as pre-deposit in instalments. The Appellant has already paid the 1st and 2nd instalments and the 3rd instalment is payable today and the amount to be paid is ₹ 57,50,000/-.
Further time is sought to pay the balance amount due towards the instalments.
