Pursuant to the earlier order dated 11.04.2023, the impleadment application was allowed, but the appellant has not incorporated the name of the newly party in the array of party.
Learned counsel for the appellants is directed to array the newly party as respondents within a week and take steps for service of notice upon them within a week thereafter by two modes i.e. registered post with A.D. and Speed Post. Affidavit of service along with tracking report be filed by the next date.
