THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Learned Counsel for the Appellant prays for and permitted to file fresh affidavit of service regarding Respondent No. 2 to 5, 7 and 8 within a period of two weeks. Appellant should also serve the copy of Paper Book to the Respondent No. 1 within a week. Affidavit be filed within four weeks with copy to Appellant who may file the rejoinder within three weeks thereafter.
List on 3rd April, 2023 for hearing of Appeal.
