THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
It is reported by the Learned Counsel for the Respondent that Respondent No. 2 Subir Sirkar who is also arrayed as proprietor of Subir Sirkar and sons as Respondent No. 1 died on 6th August, 2022. Respondent No. 3 Lipi Sirkar also died. Respondent should provide the details of legal representatives of Respondent No. 2 and 3 to the Appellant within a period of two weeks. Thereafter, Appellant should file an application for substitution of the legal representatives within four weeks.
List on 8th February, 2024 for disposal of substitution Application.
